**What is the story behind KOOK Culture**

KOOK Culture is a Skate/Surf style Artwork and Clothing Brand, created to bring a Hand Made Urban Street Style to anybody who loves the extreme.

**Why Buy our Products?**

KOOK Products are Hand Made, either screen printed by local screen printers, hand stitched or machine sewn to create original and bespoke clothing and products. We pride ourselves on our ability to push the boundaries in Skate/Surf Street fashion and every item of KOOK is special.

**How to look after KOOK Products**

KOOK products do need your love and care. All stitched garments need to be washed at 30 degrees on a super low spin to ensure the designs stay put. Going crazy with the washes may damage your garment (unhappy KOOK)

**Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?**

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store.
Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

**What forms of payment do you accept?**

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

**What if I cant pay by Pay-Pal or Credit Card?**

Email us at [email protected] and let us what you would like to purchase and we will send you an address for you to send either a cheque or a postal order to.

**How long does delivery take?**

All orders are shipped within 5 days due to the handmade nature of the products,

**How do I get some free stickers?**

Send us images of yourself getting RAD in KOOK clothing and we will aim to get stickers out for the best pictures

**Do you take returns?**

We do offer exchanges for different sizes as long as the item is in its original condition and returned within 7 days of purchase.
Make sure you fill the returns form that comes with your purchase and send them both back to the address provided.

**Do you offer wholesale prices for shop orders?**

Yes, Send an email to [email protected] with a brief description of your shop and we will get back to you with our wholesale prices.

**How Is It Best To Wash My T-shirt?**

Our printers recommend that all t-shirts should be washed inside-out at 30 degrees, and that the print should not be ironed.
A standard wash should be fine though.
Stiched Fabrics and clothing must be washed on a low spin setting also at 30 degrees. This is to ensure the stitching is preserved.

**How secure is this store?**

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). So yeah, pretty damn secure!
